The health and safety of our guests and staff members are of paramount importance to us. As we welcome you back to our hotel, we are committed to providing you with a safe environment that complies with the guidelines and regulations issued by the Ministry of Health. A series of new measures are in place in order to minimize the risk of Covid-19 exposure and transmission, such as face covering requirements, enhanced deep cleaning and disinfecting procedures in all spaces of the hotel. Allow us to introduce you to some of the measures we are taking to safeguard your wellbeing whilst a guest at our hotel.

What We’re Doing to Keep You Safe

• Touch-free hand sanitizing stations are available at convenient locations throughout the hotel.
• Partitions are installed at the front desk to limit direct contact between guests and front desk workers.
  
  
• Signage and markings are placed on the floor to ensure safe physical distancing.
  
  
• All surfaces are cleaned using hospital-grade disinfectants and with increased frequency. Particular attention is given to high-touch areas such as elevator buttons, door handles, remote controls, and light switches.
  
  
• All staff members are equipped with necessary personal protective equipment including face masks and gloves.

Guest rooms are aerated for an average of 30 minutes before cleaning. They are then cleaned, sanitized, and sealed before guest arrival.
